Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also a coach as well as instructor for Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the first woman to be crowned the winner of at the CrossFit Games twice. She placed second in the both the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion as well as a media star. She is popular for being the first woman who won in the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 as well as 2012. In addition, she is known for taking home the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. It was her first time as a woman to ever win CrossFit Games. Annie won again her place in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her impressive performance. She was the first female athlete to be crowned the winner of the two CrossFit Games at once. Also, she received a trophy of silver in 2014 as well as the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. Presently Annie is a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie became a celebrity athlete following her recognition. She has worked with many sports brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Revolution Periodization Nuun Hydroxylysis Sidekick Yerbae among others. Additionally, she also has her own Youtube channel which has around a thousand subscribers where her training video clips, diet as well as travel videos are posted.
