Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou in Beaumont Puy De Domme in France was born the 9th of August in 1976. Audrey Tautou is an eldest child out of 4. From a very young age, her dentist doctor parents as well as her teacher mother supported Audrey's love of theater and drama. This passion which trumped her original desire to be an animal scientist. There was an immediate rise for her to become an internationally renowned young actor. Following her studies in 1998 she took part in a French television show that scouts talent Jeunes Premiers sponsored by Canal+ and won Best Young Actress at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors prior to launching acting professionally. Tautou studied at Institut Catholique de Paris, went to church when she was a child and was raised Catholic. She is now separating herself from this background. In addition to acting, she pursued modelling and was the face in the advertising campaign for L'Oreal Mont Blanc as well as Chanel. Also, she has an intense passion for photography. She recently exhibited her work for the Arles Festival with the name Superficial. Her work is focused on celebrities and popularity. The film's success led to a huge increase in production. Tautou went on to star in numerous films, including British dramas such as Stephen Knight's Dirty Pretty Things and Jean-Pierre Jeunet's Long Sunday of fiancailles. She also starred alongside Tom Hanks in Ron Howard's The Da Vinci Code directed by Dan Brown.
