Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He serves as a pastor's director to the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of biblical Counselors. He sits on the Board Director's of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online pieces, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne is the father of three children to his spouse Leslie.
